The Calloways - Kalamazoo
There is a decided lack of information available about this band. They may have been from Edinburgh, but they don't seem to have released much of anything. This very new-wavey track, which dates to the early-mid '80s, appeared on the wonderful 1996 cassette compilation A Sandwich and a Sweater. Anyone know anything about them?

They were in fact from Edinburgh and were originally called Horrible Sexy Vampires before changing their name to the Calloways. They were Billy Buck, Billy Gould, Viv Farris and Gordon MacKenzie and split shortly after the release of this single in 1984. Thereare some demos on Soundcloud under the Horrible Sexy Vampire name, all recorded at the wonderful Wilf Smarties Planet Studio.
